What is Staging?

If you are looking to sell your home fast and for as much money as you can, then you have come to the right place.

Now if you know what staging is, great!  If not, well it is simply putting the assets of your home out there for all to see.  The way you live in a home and the way you sell a home are two very different ways to present a home.  I will show you some tips to staging, as well as some easy marketing strategies that you may not have heard of.

I am a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, but I have not been active for sometime.  That is I still have to take all the required education and such, but I am not practicing real estate at the moment.  (That is another story in itself.)  I have bought and sold ten homes in the last fifteen years.  So, I have seen it from both sides and know exactly what people want to see and what they don't.  I have sold homes to retirees, young and older couples and even some bachelors.  It does not matter who the buyer is, though, the tips I use, work because of presentation not personal preferences.

The reason I started this site was to help give you a little push, a little motivation or just a little inspiration to get your homes ready to sell.  The market is ever changing and anything you can do to make your house stand out, will help get the best offer in the least amount of time.  You want to present your buyers' with the home of THEIR dreams.
